Problem with ArticleRequest Service – now fixed
The problem we were experiencing with the ArticleRequest Service has now been fixed. The central server for ArticleRequest, managed by our library system supplier, experienced an “unforeseen outage”, this was causing links to the full-text PDF files to fail.
