If you receive a ‘Registration incomplete’ error message when accessing the Westlaw legal databases or any Westlaw resources e.g. articles or books on your reading list, please follow the guidance at https://libguides.stir.ac.uk/law/WestlawTroubleshooting to request that your account be reactivated.
This error is likely to happen if your Westlaw account has been inactive for a period of time as Westlaw deactivate inactive accounts.
