We run a scheme of long term laptop loans for students experiencing digital poverty, that is, those who do not have a suitable device for university study and cannot afford to buy one.
The scheme has proved very popular and we have had to close the scheme for this semester. We are still working through our requests, so if you have applied and haven’t heard back from us we will be in touch.
If you still need a laptop to complete your University work we do still have laptops that you can borrow. You can borrow laptops for 48 hours or 4 weeks. Find out more about these loans
There are also computer labs that you can access in the library, Cottrell building and Pathfoot.
The scheme will re-open again in the autumn Semester.
