Succeed: Performance Issues this morning

Apologies for the difficulties in accessing Succeed this morning. There was a fault which required the system to be totally re-configured. This was completed at midday, and the system re-started. This has resolved the original problem, but due to the large number of users the system will continue to run a little slowly.

 

We are closely monitoring it to ensure an acceptable service is maintained.
