October is Black History Month, an opportunity to celebrate the history, achievements and contributions of Black people in the UK and around the world.
This year’s theme, Honouring Our Communities, recognises the people, networks and organisations that support and strengthen Black communities. It shines a light on the everyday individuals whose leadership, care and dedication help create positive change.
Black History Month is a chance to celebrate diversity, learn from Black histories and experiences, and recognise the importance of community, inclusion and belonging.
