The IT Wizard Classroom Support service is available to staff using University teaching rooms and lecture theatres. Our Wizards can provide basic support to help you get the technology in the room up and running and ensure you’re ready to begin your teaching session.
Whether you need help connecting a device, displaying your presentation, logging into the room equipment, or getting started with the teaching technology, an IT Wizard can help get everything set up and working before your class begins.
What to expect
Our IT Wizards provide a quick-start support service designed to help you get underway as smoothly as possible. Once the equipment is working and you’re ready to begin teaching, they’ll move on to support other classrooms across campus. As a result, Wizards can usually stay for around 10 minutes before they need to attend their next request.
