The world is going through a tough time right now and even if you’re not directly affected by events, it can still feel like a lot to cope with. It’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you, or anyone else is going through. Read their advice on managing feelings of overwhelm.

Whether you’re looking for fiction to escape into, practical guides for managing stress, or inspiring stories of resilience, these collections are available in the Library’s Wellbeing Space on Level 2, next to the Short Loan Collection.

Wellbeing Space & Library Activities

The Library Wellbeing Space is a dedicated area for quiet reflection and relaxation. Equipped with comfy seating, cushions, blankets, and a range of wellbeing materials, it’s a perfect spot to take a break from your studies and enjoy the calming views of our beautiful campus.

Prefer to unwind online? Explore our Virtual Library Wellbeing Space via the Self-Service Portal for digital activities like colouring sheets and jigsaws.
