On Tuesday 25th May Information Services will upgrade our Shibboleth authentication system, used to provide access to a wide range of internal and external services such as Canvas, RefWorks, UniDesk, and digital library resources. The upgrade will take place during our ‘at risk’ period of 07:30 to 08:30 on this date.
No downtime is anticipated, however, it is possible that access to individual resources such as those listed above may be disrupted. We will closely monitor all services during this transition period so that any problems can be quickly identified and resolved, however, we do ask if you encounter any difficulties in accessing these resources after 08.30 on this date, that you report this to the Information Centre in order to ensure our prompt attention.
