UniDesk, the enquiry management system used by Information Services, the Student Services Hub and the Faculty of Social Sciences was upgraded today.
Our initial estimate was that the system would be unavailable all day on Wednesday 23rd and would be reinstated on Thursday 24th. The upgrade went well and the UniDesk was live before 1pm today.
Currently, the Self-Service Portal is not available. This service should be live tomorrow morning.
Over the summer we will be working to bring you an enhanced Self-Service Portal with many more self-service options, including an FAQ database, many standard requests and the means to log, update and close your own calls with each of our services.
