UniDesk, the enquiry management system used by Information Services, the Student Services Hub and the Faculty of Social Sciences, will be unavailable during Wednesday 23rd May. The system is being upgraded.
During this time, self-service call logging will not be available.

We hope to have the system fully reinstated by Thursday 24th May and will be working over the summer to bring you an enhanced Self-Service Portal with many more self-service options, including an FAQ database, loads of standard requests and the means to log, update and close your own calls with each of our services.
