Open research practices

labresized1

The results of a survey of Wellcome researchers to find out what they think about open research, how they practice it, and some of the barriers they face have just been published in a report.

This work was commissioned by the Wellcome Trust and conducted by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the UK Data Service.

Recommendations include those covering Open Access Publishing, data sharing and code sharing. You may find this report useful if you are likely to be funded by Wellcome Trust or ESRC in the future.
