Good news for anyone researching or studying nineteenth century British history, House of Commons Parliamentary Papers (HCPP) now includes papers from the House of Lords. This is the first time that these papers have been made available electronically and this enhancement to HCPP makes it an even more valuable resource for staff, students and researchers with an interest in British political, social or parliamentary history.
