Information Services runs an annual Satisfaction Survey to find out what our staff and students think of our services. We take the results very seriously and aim to make improvements to services based on your feedback
Enter the survey by finding the email sent to you from the Information Centre with the subject line ‘Information Services Satisfaction Survey 2015?. The link in the email to the survey is unique to you
The survey covers most IS services from the books in the Library to the IT network and email. Some of the services included are: Library opening hours; Information Centre service; online resources; Library study space; Reading lists; Printing and Copying; Labs and theatres … and more.
If you enter your username, you will be entered into our prize draw and have a (VERY) good chance of winning:
- 1st prize: an iPad air 2
- 2nd prize: £75 Amazon voucher
- 3rd Prize: £50 Amazon voucher
———————————————————————————————————————————
And now the boring bit: Terms and conditions: The survey is open from 18th March 2015. Participants in the survey can opt to enter the prize draw and may win the advertised prize (s). The winning username will be randomly selected, and the successful user will be notified by email. The name of the winners will be publicised. The competition is not open to any members of Information Services staff (sorry guys). Usernames are requested solely for use in the prize draw, all comments will be treated anonymously. Any complaints or other correspondence should be addressed to Trish Davey, Information Centre Manager, p.a.davey@stir.ac.uk
