Information Services staff will be carrying out some configuration work on Thursday morning to improve the resilience of the network connection to Alexander Court. The work will affect all Alexander Court Residence Blocks and the Porter’s Lodge.
There will be a brief interruption to network services as data traffic from Alexander Court moves over to another network link.
Computing equipment and telephones should auto recover their connections. Any connectivity issues that are experienced should be resolved by rebooting.
