A number of users of RefWorks have reported that their RefWorks account is suddenly not being recognised. Instead, users are receiving a pop-up saying that their email address appears to be invalid and they are being prompted to re-enter their email address. PLEASE NOTE: if you see this message when accessing RefWorks please DO NOT re-enter your email address – as this results in a loss of references and a blank RefWorks account. Do not continue to use RefWorks – instead wait until this problem has been resolved.
This problem is happening to staff and students at Stirling and at many other universities across the UK. As soon as the problem has been fixed by RefWorks we’ll post again.
