Win an iPad mini – enter the IS Satisfaction Survey

What do you think of the Library and IT Services that you use every day?  Love the new student email system? Think we need more PCs / staff / books in the Library?  Whatever your view, we want to hear it…

Information Services runs an annual Satisfaction Survey to find out what our staff and students think of our services. We take the results very seriously and aim to make improvements to services based on your feedback. See our article on p8 of ISSUE Dec 2012 to find out what we did in response to last year’s survey.

Click here to start the survey (if prompted login with your network account) or go to the portal > Succeed > IS Satisfaction Survey 2013

 ipad mini

The survey covers most IS services from the books in the Library to the IT network and email. Some of the services included are: Library opening hours; Information Centre service; online resources; Library study space; Reading lists; Printing and Copying; Labs and theatres..and more.

If you enter your username, you will have a good chance of winning an iPad mini – good luck 🙂

All responses will be treated as anonymous.
