Information Services runs an annual Satisfaction Survey to find out what our staff and students think of our services. We take the results very seriously and aim to make improvements to services based on your feedback.
The survey covers most IS services from the books in the Library to the IT network and email. Some of the services included are: Library opening hours; Information Centre service; online resources; Library study space; Reading lists; Printing and Copying; Labs and theatres..and more.
The survey is available in Succeed – click this link then login with your network account if prompted. Or follow the link from the portal to Succeed and select IS Satisfaction Survey 2012 from the course list.
There are 3 prizes up for grabs: first prize is a new iPad (3) with 2 runner up prizes of an iPod Nano.
