The performance issues experienced with Succeed this morning were caused by the extremely heavy load on the server. This was due to large numbers of students and staff attempting to login at the same time.
Our current advice is to try again after a couple of hours. We are working on the issue with Blackboard to see if we can extract all additional performance from the existing server but we currently expect the issues to resolve when the load returns to
