This message relates to the notice published in the 16th January Information Bulletin by Property Management regarding the electrical and data shutdown this coming weekend (21st and 22nd
January). In order to have equipment removed from the work site in time, it is necessary for Systems and Network Services to bring down the data and telephony services mentioned in the notice from 20:00 on Friday 20th January.

IS have also been informed by Property Management that a second brief shutdown will be required during the week beginning Monday 23rd January. This is to allow for the completion of essential electrical work and it is expected
that this will be carried out one morning during our at-risk period (07:30 to 08:30). Further information regarding this second shutdown will be published by Property Management once the timings and services affected are confirmed.
