A new Service Status dashboard is now available to help staff and students quickly check current availability of key priority University business systems like Canvas, Worktribe, TimeEdit, Eduroam, and more.
The status dashboard is linked from the left hand tabs on the portal and also the UniDesk homepage.
The dashboard provides an instant view of real-time service availability, as well as performance for the last 90 days against each of the key business systems.
Information Services will issue updates via announcements from the page during any major IT incidents. This page will become our main channel for updates on IT issues, so we encourage staff and students to subscribe to these updates by clicking on the green alert icon at the top of the page to have announcements delivered to your inbox.
