Logging a call after hours
If you need to log a call outside of regular hours, our Norman out-of-hours service is here to help. Staff and students can log a call by emailing information.centre@stir.ac.uk. Additionally, students have the option to chat with our out-of-hours service via the LiveChat facility on the portal. This ensures that you can get the support you need, no matter the time.

Using UniDesk, you can easily keep track of your enquiries. Simply log in to the portal and navigate to ‘My Requests’ to see the progress of your enquiries. You can also update your enquiry and send us any necessary documents directly through the portal. This way, you always stay informed and in control of your requests.
