Information Services is rolling out two new software packages to staff managed devices. We are trialling two different systems which will provide us management information about your machine to assist our staff in diagnosing issues.
We plan to roll out the two packages automatically. The only thing you may notice is two new icons in your system tray.
The two packages are HP Insights and Lakeside Systrack. Below is what they will look like in your system tray.
We plan to push the software out towards the end of this week.
