On Wednesday 10th October between 2 pm and 4:30 pm we are opening up the Maker Space to our academic colleagues.
Already a number of academics are utilising the space for research projects and also for printing standard items such as lab equipment. We can show you what we have been doing for them.
We also have two academics in Arts and Humanities (Digital Media) who will be using the space with their students this semester.
We are really keen to see if you have any other ideas of how you could use this space. Let your imagination go….
No need to book, just turn up.
The Maker Space is located on Level 2 of the Library, next to the University Archive. If you are having trouble finding the room, just ask a member of staff.
