There is currently a problem with the student file store server (home folders). We have had to take the server offline to run a diagnostic scan, we estimate that this will take at least 6 hours to complete (therefore up to c8pm).
In the meantime students are not able to access files stored on their home folders. We are advising students to save new documents to OneDrive which is cloud storage accessed via their student email accounts*. *this will need to be done on your own personally owned laptops as the student lab machines are so linked up to home folders that most activities involving documents are failing.
