There will be two short interruptions to all off-campus Internet services, sometime between 07:30 and 08:30 on Friday 25th October. During this window, staff from Systems and Network Services will carry out recommended software upgrades to enhance security. Each interruption will last for up to 3 minutes, with the second interruption occurring approximately 5 minutes after the first one.
Most users should not notice any disruption and many applications will recover automatically if connections to external servers are interrupted. This work will affect users at all University of Stirling campuses, and access to University websites from the outside.
