Export to RefWorks Problem

The export to RefWorks function currently is experiencing difficulties and in many instances fails. There is a higher chance of success if you login to RefWorks before exporting references from a database e.g. from Stirgate, but this does not always work. This problem is affecting all UK universities and RefWorks are working on a fix.
