Share Your Love (or Break Up) with Library and IT Services!
In Information Services, we are always striving to improve our Library and IT services to better serve you. That’s why we’re excited to announce our upcoming feedback event, where you can express your thoughts and feelings in a unique and creative way!
Event Details: 📅 From 10-14 February📍 Location: Library Level 2 (just inside the entrance)
How It Works: We invite you to write a love letter or a break-up letter to our Library and IT services. Whether you have had a fantastic experience that you want to celebrate or encountered challenges that you want to address, this is your chance to let us know.
Why Participate? Your feedback is invaluable to us. By sharing your experiences, you help us understand what we’re doing right and where we can improve. Plus, it’s a fun and engaging way to communicate your thoughts!
How to Submit:
- Write your letter (love or break-up) and drop it in the post box at the event.
- You can also submit your letter through our online post box.
What Happens Next? We will carefully review all the letters and use your feedback to make meaningful improvements to our services. Your voice matters, and we want to ensure that our Library and IT services meet your needs and expectations.
