Exploring Student Feedback on the University’s Reading List Software

At our University, we are always looking for ways to enhance the academic experience for our students. One of the tools we have implemented is the reading list software, designed to streamline access to course materials and improve study efficiency. But how do students feel about this software, and how has it impacted their studies?

To gain insights, we reached out to students using a graffiti wall in the library, we asked them to share their thoughts on the reading list software. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many students highlighting its user-friendly interface and the convenience it offers.

One student mentioned, “I struggle to find what I need in person, so the online reading lists are a huge help.”

Another student appreciated the way that the reading lists are formatted, stating, “I like it! I like that you can go subject by subject and week by week. I also like that you are able to find it in person and online.”

The ease of use was also a common theme. “Easy to use, saves time looking through the library for physical copies.” shared one student.

Overall, the reading list software has proven to be a valuable resource for our students, enhancing their study habits and making academic life a bit easier. We are committed to continuously improving our tools and resources, and student feedback plays a crucial role in this process. If you use the online reading lists and have any feedback that you would like to give please email library@stir.ac.uk and let us know what you think!
