Enhancing student support with Cite Them Right

At Information Services, we are always looking for ways to enhance the support we provide to our students. We have an exciting new online referencing tool, Cite Them Right, that we’ve subscribed to following successful trials and positive feedback from our faculties.

Cite Them Right is an invaluable resource for students, helping them learn how to reference sources correctly and avoid plagiarism. This online platform covers all the referencing styles used at the University, providing reference examples, an interactive referencing tool, tutorials, videos, and FAQs.

With the move to Cite Them Right, the University has changed from the Harvard Stirling referencing style to Harvard Cite Them Right.  For further information, see the Harvard section of our Referencing LibGuide.

With Cite Them Right, students can easily navigate the complexities of academic referencing. The interactive tool guides them through the process, ensuring they understand how to cite various types of sources accurately. The tutorials and videos offer additional support, making it easier for students to grasp the nuances of different referencing styles.
