Wednesday, 31 July is the crucial deadline for the transition from Online Surveys v2 to v3.
Discontinuation of Online Surveys v2 on 31 July
- Online Surveys v2 will be officially discontinued on Wednesday, 31 July.
- Ensure any open or scheduled surveys in v2 are completed before this date.
- Re-create and transition any ongoing surveys to v3 and close them in v2.
- Export and save any response data from v2 well before 31 July.
Logging into Online Surveys v3
- To continue using Online Surveys seamlessly, transition to v3 immediately.
- v3 login uses passwordless authentication. Simply enter your v2-registered email to receive an authentication link.

- Attend the Online Surveys Essentials training session to learn about constructing, distributing, and analysing surveys in v3. Sign up for Online Surveys Essentials.

- v3 introduces enhancements such as text formatting and answer piping. Review the latest Development Summary for more details.
Handling Surveys and Data in v2
- Survey response data will not migrate from v2 to v3. Download and save all necessary data before 31 July by following these data export instructions.
